通知的概念：

通知是向特定受文对象告知或转达有关事项或文件，让对象知道或执行有公文。

通知的类型：

根据适用范围的不同，可以分为六大类：

1、发布性通知 2、批转性通知 3、转发性通知

4、指示性通知 5、任免性通知 6、事务性通知

通知的写作：

1、标题：“多用发文单位加文种”或“事由加文种”两种形式。

2、正文：不同类型有不同写法。

(1)发布性通知：正文比较简短，只要写明发布什么规章，请贯彻执行就行了。

(2)批转性、转发性通知：简单的写明批转、转发什么文件，请贯彻执行就行了。
